What Is Transformational Breath®?

Transformational Breath is a consciously guided breathwork technique that opens up more space—physically, emotionally, energetically, and spiritually. It helps you to gently release emotions which may be feeling stuck, and to access deeper states of inner peace.

Using a full, connected breath pattern, we work with the breath as a tool to shift energy, release blocked emotions, and bring more clarity and vitality into your life. It’s simple, powerful, and highly effective.

Some Benefits You Might Notice:

Everyone’s experience is different, but Transformational Breath® has been known to support:

Physical

  • Release of tension and long-held patterns in the body

  • Boosted immune response and detoxification

Emotional + Mental

  • Letting go of grief, anger, and emotional suppression

  • Sharper focus, insight, and emotional freedom

Spiritual
  • A deeper connection to your inner wisdom

  • Expanded states of awareness and presence

  • Feeling lighter, clearer, and more at home in yourself

What Happens in a Session?

Sessions typically last about 75 minutes and involves a few stages:

1: Welcome + Intention

We begin with a short conversation to check in, explore what you’re working with, and set an intention for your session.

2: Breath Assessment

You lie down comfortably, and we observe your natural breath to identify any patterns or areas of restriction.

3: Active Breathing

We guide you into a continuous connected breath pattern. Music, gentle physical touch, vocal toning, and/or affirmations can be used to help support opening the breath and deepening the process. Emotions or memories might arise—this is welcome and supported.

4: Rest + Integration

After the active breathing phase, will be a period of meditative rest. This is often a state of deep calm, where the body and mind begin to integrate the changes.

5: Closing

We’ll take a moment to ground, reflect, and talk through anything that came up. You’ll likely leave feeling clearer, lighter, and more in tune with yourself.

A Few Additional Notes:

  • No previous breathwork experience is needed.

  • Wear comfy non-restrictive clothes and avoid eating right before.

  • Sessions are trauma-informed, fully clothed, and paced to meet you where you are.
